HA! I like that name, Ruddervator. :) Too bad for this ruddervator though. Good airplanes.

This is actually the second crash this airplane has been in. This one was a pilot who just recieved his private 8 days prior. First time landing in a bad crosswind. Didn't really know how. First time was a stall on a go-around. Both crashes at grass stips, and resulted in minor injuries only.

im a aircraft mechanic and that is just stupid to do that with all the rules we have to follow here they allow that. repairs shouldnt be able to be made overseas unless they conform to the US standards the FAA would tell me that repair is unairworthy
emma
bloody hell i would not like 2 be below that when landing in an airport.
Cody
Haha, I see that you have your hand on the release, Just Messin. ;)

Good 'ol Tex! No one has the balls to do stuff like that anymore. FAA, terrorists, and just plain stupid people ruin it for the rest of us.
Cody
That was low Kent. Don't talk about them fighting for us and doing their job like its their decision. It's politics. Support the troops, whether or not you support the leaders. There's always going to be more to the situation than the common man knows about. Always.
Cody
That's just downright impressive, every pilot wishes he could do that.
Cody
I wish they never would have decomissioned them. :( Great airplanes!

Wow. Hats off to the Pilots(Crew) of that plane, and the B17. That's CRAZY.
Cody
Just makes me sick that there is such a lack of respect. There is an entire crew inside.

If it's real, why is there no heat distortion behind the F-15? The scale isn't particularly convincing either.

My '57 N6464B apparenlty went thorugh two mishaps - one in '60 and another in aobut '82. The first lists the reason in the logs and the second lists only the repairs. Eventually I will need to undertake your project, but for now it flies great - but slow.

I specifically said, "No middle seat!"

Its onr of those times where the pilot says "Alright guys, watch this!"

Somewhere along the time leading to this pass, the left soloist decided he/she wasn't gonna die that day and deployed their brakes.

Somewhere in that crowd, Scott Kelly is crying.

CO: You see sir? This is what the Navy is about. Well organized chaos through discipline, training, and seriousness.
